Now, with the power of three distribute three cards to each other pile. Actually it doesn't matter from where you start, as long as the last pile is the one with 4 Aces on top of it. In this case D is the last pile.

To make it simple, let use A B C D sequence. Start with A, get pile at A, draw 3 cards one by one from top of it to A position (the position on the table before you get pile A).

Then draw one card to the top of each pile (exclude A). Draw one card each to the top of B, C & D pile.

Then put the rest on A.


Then get the pile at B, do the same. Then do the same to the pile at C too, and the last do the same to the pile at D.
The purpose of this step is just to get the pile at D (the one with 4 Aces on top of it) have another 3 cards on top of it. Then when you take the pile at D and draw 3 cards to D position, the condition is back to "4 Aces on top". And when you draw one card each to A, B, and C, you distribute three Aces to the top of ABC piles.
